Boron is a semi-metallic element that occurs in nature in a mineral form - incl. as boric acid. In the human body, it is a trace element - that is, it occurs in very small amounts, but at the same time necessary for its proper functioning. It occurs, inter alia, in bone tissue and is involved in many metabolic processes
What are the forms of boron?
The forms of boron that are allowed for supplementation are boric acid - which is a source of boron in the form of a natural mineral, and sodium tetraborate, which is artificially obtained from it. Our market also includes dietary supplements imported from the USA, based on other forms of boron - such as calcium aspartate, glycinate, citrate or borogluconate, which are not approved for use in the EU and should not be used in dietary supplements. Our product uses a safe and natural mineral form of boric acid.
Aliness Boron 3 mg does not contain any animal ingredients, making it a vegan-friendly source of boron in the natural, mineral form of boric acid. The product does not contain any artificial technological additives, preservatives or dyes.
One tablet contains 17 mg of boric acid, corresponding to 3 mg of boron.
