We obtain wheat germ oil by cold pressing wheat germ of Polish origin. The low fat content in the wheat germ translates into a low yield of only 2%. This means that in order to obtain 20 kg of oil, 1 ton of wheat germ (!) Must be pressed. The wheat germ for the grain of wheat is the storehouse of the most valuable ingredients required for seed germination. The strength and natural power contained in the wheat germ became our inspiration to search for a technology that allowed us to obtain oil without compromising the value of priceless active substances. Our knowledge, experience and modern technological solutions meant that today we can be proud of the production of this oil as one of the first companies in Poland.

Wheat germ oil is a unique product and deserves special attention. It is characterized by:

  • high content of unsaturated fatty acids (83 g / 100 g of oil)
  • high content of omega-3 fatty acids (6 g / 100 g of oil)
  • vitamin E naturally present in the oil (260-310 mg / 100 g of oil)
  • the presence of naturally occurring plant sterols in the oil (4395 mg / 100 g)
  • the presence of naturally occurring octacosanol in the oil (234 mg / 100 g).

Linoleic acid (LA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and plant sterols / plant stanols help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs when ingested:

  • 10 g LA daily;
  • 2 g of ALA daily;
  • at least 0.8 g plant sterols / plant stanols per day.

Replacing saturated fat with unsaturated fats in the diet helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Oleic acid is an unsaturated fat.

Maintaining proper health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Usage and Recommended Intake:

For direct consumption or as an addition to salads, salads, soups, sauces, groats, potatoes or other dishes.

Wheat germ oil has a characteristic intense wheat aroma and yellow color. It can be easily diluted with another, more delicate-tasting oil. Due to the fact that it is a 100% natural product, the intensity of the taste, color and smell of the oil may vary in different parts of the product.

It is not recommended to heat the oil.

The suggested dose is 1 teaspoon / day.

It is important that the oil is stored in a dark, cool place and, after opening, in the refrigerator.
