Shipping and delivery policy
We are an UK based seller, offering quick dispatch with no Brexit related issues, additional fees, import charges or border delays.
We use Royal Mail almost exclusively for deliveries.
We aim to provide same day dispatch for most orders placed until 1pm on working days, however this is not a guarantee.
On the odd occasion where an ordered item is unavailable, but we expect a delivery within a day or two, we hold the right to postpone the delivery until the goods have been received. When the delay would be longer than that, we will contact you to check if you're happy to wait, or would prefer a refund.
You will receive an email confirmation once the parcel has been picked up by Royal Mail from our premises.
The services we use are:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class - for orders under £15
- Royal Mail 1st Class - for orders under £45
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - for orders above £45
- Hermes Next Day - for large parcels
Please note that Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class are not tracked services, tracking will only be available once an item has been delivered / attempted delivery happened.
Please be aware, that vast majority of the parcels are delivered within the projected timescales (next day for 1st Class, 2-3 working days for 2nd Class).
However - during recent times, Royal Mail also suffers disruption:
- Deliveries to London can take extended time
- About 3-5% of all parcels can take up to two-three weeks to arrive.
We are able and willing to refund or re-send these orders, but we will require that two calendar weeks have passed since the original dispatch date, and that the online tracking shows no delivery attempt.
