Q: How do I manage my subscriptions?

Q: Do I need to subscribe for products?
No. Please click this option if you wish to purchase items without a subscription (the price will be slightly higher)
By default the subscription open is expanded and you can benefit from our best price.
Q: Once I'm subscribed, how can I change or cancel my subscription?
Once you create your first subscription order you will get an email that looks like this.
To change or cancel your subscription please click the big red MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button as shown below. Note: Email links are valid for 7 days, after that period you will need to Register and log into your account (instructions below)
Once a subscription is set up you will always receive an email like the one below 3 days before your card will get charged.

Clicking the red button will redirect you to your Customer Portal:
You can change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
Q: My email links have expired, what can I do now?
You will need to log into your account on our site.
Please note - we do not create accounts by default.
You will need to use the Register option in order to set up the password first.
This is REQUIRED even if you ordered from us many times and have active subscriptions.

Q: How do I cancel the subscription from My Account page?
Once you log in, you will see this big red button Manage Subscriptions on the right hand side:
