What is sulforaphane?
Sulforaphane is a sulfur organic compound belonging to isothiocyanates. Its natural source is all kinds of cruciferous vegetables - cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kale and cauliflower. However, it is most abundant in broccoli, where it is considered a particularly valuable ingredient for health.

It is believed that the most sulforaphane is found in broccoli, but only its sprouts are a real treasury of this valuable ingredient.The content of sulforaphane in broccoli sprouts can be up to 30 times higher than in a mature plant!
