Maca is a source of, among others: vitamin B6, potassium, calcium, copper, protein, dietary fiber.
Vitamin B6 helps in the proper functioning of the nervous and immune systems, contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and the maintenance of proper energy metabolism.
Potassium helps in the proper functioning of muscles, in maintaining proper blood pressure and in the proper functioning of the nervous system.
