Lady's Mantle is a plant found in Europe, most often in thickets, in wet meadows or wet forest edges. It blooms from May to June, and its herb is used for medicinal purposes. In folk medicine, the lady's mantle was known as the herb of the Mother of God. Includes e.g. tannins, resins and saponins with health-promoting properties.
It was once thought that the lady's mantle was a remedy for abdominal ailments. The intuition of people dealing with ancient herbal medicine was right and the mantle was used to support the treatment of digestive system diseases, pain, diarrhea, digestive problems, but also in the case of appetite disorders. Lady's mantle, however, should not be given to children.
It is not without reason that the lady's mantle was called the herb of the Mother of God. This is a plant whose effects should be known especially to women. Lady's Mantle will help soothe the ailments associated with premenstrual tension and menstruation itself: it will relieve pain and act diastolic. In addition, it is also worth using it in the menopause phase and for genital tract infections.

Method of preparation: 1 teaspoon of herbs pour a glass of hot water. Steep covered for 5-10 minutes.
