Description
Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) - a species of evergreen tree from the pine family.
In folk medicine, the properties of pine have been appreciated for a long time. Young shoots, needles, resin and Scots pine wood have healing properties. Pine buds were used for antibacterial and expectorant purposes, in diseases of the upper respiratory tract. Pine oils obtained from the top shoots, needles and cones were used for inhalation of the upper respiratory tract.
Scots pine:
Country of origin Poland.
Method of preparation: 1 teaspoon of herbs pour a glass of hot water. Steep covered for 5-10 minutes.
Storage conditions: store in a dry and cool place.
