triterpene saponins 30%

Ingredients: Centella asiatica extract standardized to 20% asiaticosides, capsule shell: (binder: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule a day during or after a meal, washed down with water. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.

What is Gotu Kola

Gotu kola is a plant material obtained from the Asian centipede - a plant commonly found in Central Asia. The extract of the pennywort is a source of many biologically active substances that have a beneficial effect on the body, such as triterpene saponins - including asiaticosides, bioflavonoids and plant sterols.
