Description
Oolong tea comes from Asian countries: China, India, Taiwan. It is also called emerald, blue, turquoise, dragon or oolong tea. According to the Chinese classification, it belongs to the group of blue teas, according to the Polish - most often to red ones. Its leaves are gently fermented weakly.
The process of obtaining Oolong is very complicated, and each of its stages has a separate name. It begins with drying the leaves in the sun or wind and ends with roasting. It is thanks to this last phase, the so-called blue tea differs from black tea - it is much less tart in taste and gentler on the stomach. Oolong is also characterized by a high content of tannins and vegetable tannins. It contains only insignificant amounts of caffeine.
Oolong is characterized by a mild taste, with sweetish and even fruity notes.
A method of preparing:
Brew Oolong in a slightly smaller amount of water - 1 teaspoon per small cup of water - approx. 120-170ml. The optimum water temperature is 90*C. Strain the infusion from the leaves after about 1-5 minutes, depending on the intensity of the tea we prefer.
Ingredients: 100% organic Oolong tea
Country of Origin: China
Net weight 70g
