Ingredients: Schizochytrium sp. Microalgae oil, sunflower oil, MCT oil, a mixture of natural tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant); Coating ingredients: tapioca starch, glycerol (humectant), water.

OMEGA-3 acid is a common name for a group of compounds belonging to essential fatty acids (EFAs).
OMEGA-3 acids are:
ESSENTIAL - because, unlike saturated fatty acids, our body is not able to produce them on its own, and they are needed at many levels of its functioning. Therefore, they must be provided in adequate amounts in the diet.
UNSATURATED - which means that in the molecules of these acids there is at least one double bond between the carbon atoms in the carbon chain. The '3' suffix means that the last such double bond is at the third carbon atom from the end of the chain.
