Aliness Vitamin D comes from natural lanolin, which is used to obtain 7-Dehydrocholesterol - organic cholesterol derivative.
7-Dehydrocholesterol is a starting compound for the production of cholecalciferol. As a result of production processes, vitamin D is obtained in the same way as in humans - that is, by skin exposure to the sun.
1 Capsule contains 50 mcg (2000IU) of Vitamin D3. That’s 1,000% of Recommended Daily Intake
Ingredients: bulking agent: medium chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut shell; bovine gelatin, glycerol, water, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
The filling of the capsule comes from a natural source, which is coconut pulp oil. It contains a large amount of natural fat, which causes a better absorption of vitamin D.
Recommended intake: 1 capsule once a day during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose for consumption during the day.
